Jaffar is an experienced fintech leader working in the Digital payments space for the past 10 years delivering many industry first solutions. He was part of the launch team for easypaisa. During his tenure in easypaisa he worked on designing business processes for Mobile accounts , Money transfers , bill payments and setting up sales operations and customer support units. His last assignment was to setup Government disbursements products for easypaisa , he launched projects like BISP (Benazir Income support program) and pension solutions for EOBI (Employee old age benefit institute).
In 2013 Jaffar moved to Jazz (Formerly known as Mobilink) to setup corporate solutions unit for JazzCash. With a mission to digitize corporate & government payments he has delivered projects like passport fee payments , Railway ticketing , Online payments gateway for ecommerce.
He is currently leading Digital partnerships & Mobile payments unit focusing on developing an ecosystem for Mobile account payments.
