Position: Massolutions Marketplace Operations
Ahmed ventured from his homeland Pakistan, and came to Malaysia in 2012 to complete a Business Informations Systems degree. Joining Crowdsourcing Asia (CSA) in 2016, Ahmed, now spends his days supporting the operation of Massolutions™, S.E. Asia’s largest digital microtasking jobs marketplace. Changing the way people work and jobs get done, a disruptive consequence of the new Digital Economy!
As a key member of CSA’s portal administration team, Ahmed is responsible for the day-to- day administration of the Massolutions™ marketplace portal. Responsibilities include, ensuring delivery of workflow/task design, setup and execution, task monitoring, quality control, reporting and worker payments.
