Elena works as a Senior Communications Officer in the South Asia Region of the World Bank. Having worked across countries in Europe, Central Asia and South Asia, she has 20 years of experience in strategic and crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, behavior change communications, and reputational risk management.
Elena holds a Master of Science degree in Information Science from the Indiana University.
