Dilawar heading up Freshdesk’s North America business. Backed by Tiger Global, Accel Partners, CapitalG and Sequoia Capital India, Freshdesk has grown to more than 100,000 customers globally and raised $149 million. Previously, Dilawar was C.E.O at Yonja Media Group. Earlier, Dilawar was head of platform strategy and operations at Yahoo!. Dilawar previously worked in product management at SAP and Siebel Systems (now part of Oracle).
Dilawar holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
