Currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Carl is the Founder and CEO of Crowdsourcing Asia (CSA), the owner/operator of the first ever microtasking marketplace supported by a multi-year government initiative to create income for a hundred thousands citizens from digital jobs by 2020.
CSA is responsible for generating demand for digital workers, the development of a first-of-its-kind digital work training curriculum and e-Learning platform, for supporting program partners including a train-the-trainer program and for the enablement and operation of the marketplace via leading edge microtasking technology.
He was also the Founder and CEO of U.S. based Massolution and Publisher of Crowdsourcing.org, two of the leading properties in the crowdsourcing and crowdfunding arena. He is a thought leader in crowd-strategy and crowd-adoption models.
