Arzak Khan is a cyber policy expert focused on internet development, cybersecurity and the expansion of internet access in the global South. He is passionate about empowering marginalized voices from the South in global cyber policy debates and has founded Internet Policy Observatory Pakistan a research organization representing Pakistan in the global cyber policy debates.
Arzak has a wide experience of serving in public sector organizations on identity management projects and also has been a successful entrepreneur in the telecom sector. He holds an MSc in Communications Management from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom.
