Position: Senior Social Development Specialist
Anna O’Donnell is a Senior Social Development Specialist in the Social, Urban, Rural and Resilience Global Practice of the World Bank in Washington, D.C. Since joining the World Bank, she has worked on issues of community driven development for low income housing and youth empowerment and inclusion in the digital economy, primarily in the South Asia Region. Anna holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Maryland, where her research focused on outcomes of efficiency and equity in participatory institutes.
