Abu Bakar Nisar Alvi is the CEO and Co-Founder of RADEC Technologies Pvt Ltd since May 2016. RADEC is primarily working in the areas of EdTech and Communication technologies with focus on Internet of Things based products. Previously, he has served in Defence sector for around 18 years including 5 years at Senior Management position. He has vast experience in planning, design, development, execution and management of various embedded system projects. This includes strategy formulation, on-ground and in-field execution, human resource and financial management of these projects. His area of expertise include design of embedded systems, computer vision,image processing applications, hardware design for telemetry and telecommand systems and MEMS sensors applications. He is also involved in development of STEM education and skills training solutions for schools, colleges and universities.Based on his services in the field of Electrical Engineering, he was awarded the 4th highest Civil award "Tamgha-e-Imtiaz" by the Government of Pakistan in 2005. He is the youngest engineer in Pakistan to get this honour to date. Currently he is consultant to KPITB on the Youth Employment Program and is involved in development of course curriculum, monitoring and execution of the project.
