Mr. Atif Azim is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of VentureDive Pvt. Ltd, and is also a part of Executive Board of the same company. VentureDive develops bespoke technology solutions for businesses, and is the company behind the success of Careem Networks, one of the fastest growing tech startups in the MENA region. Just recently, Careem acquired a division of VentureDive in Karachi.
Atif possesses an extensive international work experience in global companies such as Cisco Systems, KPMG and Brience Inc. At KPMG he served as a senior consultant from 2000-01 based in San Francisco, U.S.A. He also co-founded Perfigo, a San Francisco based network security company which was later acquired by Cisco Systems.
He sits on the board of Al Meezan Investment Management, the largest private sector Asset Management and Investment Advisory Firm operating in Pakistan.
Being passionate about the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pakistan, he has co-founded DotZero, Pakistan’s first private tech focused incubator and is an active angel investor having made seed investments in a number of tech and non-tech ventures in the Middle East and Pakistan.
Atif holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the world renowned, Imperial College of Science and Technology, London and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the prestigious Stanford University, USA.
