Shubber is co-Founder/CEO of a Centriq, an early stage cloud-based B2B2C technology company in Silicon Valley focused on transforming the housing market. Prior to founding Centriq, he was Vice President of Strategic Innovation for Salesforce.com, where he helped C- Level executives at Fortune 100 companies develop and execute on transformational business process innovation initiatives across retail, banking, manufacturing and life sciences. He was previously an Executive with Accenture Management Consulting, and led the firm's Innovation Consulting work in Silicon Valley, serving large corporations globally in developing new ventures and bringing them to market. Shubber was also a co-founder, advisor, and Angel investor in numerous startup ventures, including Flaik - an innovative award-winning private equity backed technology company in the consumer products and informatics space. Shubber began his career with KPMG, where he spent 5 years in management consulting in the Aerospace/Defense and High Technology sectors, serving clients such as NASA, Boeing, and the US Air Force Space Command.
Shubber is a member of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business Advisory Committee and an Adjunct Professor teaching Innovation Management in the Executive MBA program. He is a regularly featured speaker on process and disruptive innovation and strategy topics and has published numerous articles on topics ranging from innovation to management of core competencies in corporations.
